Be warned – I’ve included some mods that are popular among players but not safe for kids of all ages (not like the game itself would be anyways).īut I don’t think it would’ve been right for me to avoid some mods to keep my list SFW given that weird nudity ones literally have some of the highest downloads. Some of the additions that I came across are fantastic, with some of them being pretty darn NSFW. However with this game we can find better mods than ever before. Saints Row IV, with all its faults, follows the same line of entertainment that the other titles brought to the table. But a fun twist that was very much appreciated in an era of GTA clones and it’s great to hear that a Saints Row 5 is in the works. I’ve never come across any boring Saints Row title, now that I come to think of it. The words “f**k,” “sh*t,” and “a*shole” can be heard in the dialogue.Saints Row IV comes packed with plenty of action, and it’s safe to say that it’s one of the least boring games that I’ve ever played. A fictional drug (“LOA Dust”) is prominent in the game, and characters can sometimes be seen using the drug to boost powers-the screen distorts to show the effects. Players can also initiate brief romantic encounters between characters: one scene depicts a robot hovering in front of a male character (fellatio is implied)-there is no depiction of the sex act. A handful of sequences depict female pole dancers performing at a strip club. During the course of the game, some female characters are depicted topless, with pasties over their breasts. Cutscenes also depict intense acts of violence: characters executed at point-blank range players shooting or driving over pedestrians. Large blood-splatter effects occur during combat some weapons cause characters to explode into pools of blood. In a handful of missions, players are tasked with killing police officers and dispensing “mayhem” to complete objectives. Players use realistic guns, alien weaponry (e.g., black hole gun, disintegrator), and super abilities (e.g., telekinesis and elemental attacks) to several creatures and humans. Players traverse a virtual city prison, engage with fantasy alien creatures, and battle enemy gang members along the way. In this open-world action game, players assume the role of a criminal character that rises in the ranks to become President.
